Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.

To start a return, email members@lounge54.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
